Yo what's up guys. My flicking is terrible with these small objects. If i just flick consistently, am i going to get better? like I'm talking about just kind of mindless flicking. Or, do I need to analyze each and every shot I take. So, I'm basically wondering that If I just flick like this everyday with kind of just a mindless approach, am I going to naturally adapt or will muscle memory prevent me from improving since its kind of like a habit of missing.

A bit late to reply, but...
Yes! You will indeed improve, and there are a few tips and tricks I can provide you with: Consistent training is the first part of any journey, you will simply not get better if you train only once a week. Every day that's available to you should provide you with time to at least train for 5 minutes a day, and you can gradually increase your sessions as much as you can (most of us have time to watch TV or other media anyways). Practice is second, through personal experience I can tell you that what matters is that your regime must be according to you and your needs & capacities. Overtaxing yourself quickly will hurt your progress as much as a punch to the gut which is why, once again, you need to measure and procedurally shift your own processes. And finally there's theory and application, considerably the more complex part of the process. Watching/Studying/Analyzing your (or others') ways and environment is what it is mostly all about. Contrary to what most say, this last process isn't as crucial unless you want to fully maximize things to the point of obsession or dedication. You can do just as well by following simple and straightforward guidelines that provide grounds for healthy and conscious development (avoid injury/fatigue if possible). Putting all of this together, I'd take the next course of action: Every day assign just 10 minutes of training and progressively extend that time period until I feel comfortable (probably a maximum of half an hour). Focusing completely on every session; better results will make their way. Rest would also be a priority (sleep and everything too). I'd only train what I consider useful to me, nonetheless I would also vary my practice with other types of training (and websites too). Methodically I wouldn't change much aside from a few optimizations and modifications to my tools and usual procedures (fullscreen with F11, clean mouse desktop without obstructions, ergonomic positioning,  distraction free space, centering my mouse every flick, using my keyboard on whatever it allows me to, look at videos and articles regarding what I am interested in achieving, and hardware improvements if it is the last possible option.) That is all I can think of atm. GL.

There's nothing wrong in basing your actions on someone else's technique or design. Problems mostly present themselves once you start claiming it was yours without clear attribution or fair use. Legal concerns aside, humanity has depended on sharing or stealing knowledge and material to evolve. Without the transformation provided by unlawful or lawful exchange most technologies would stay the same for thousands of years.

If you choose to live with the conditions imposed on you; expecting to finally rid of them will be harder. With effort and method one can step outside those boundaries.
