Science, unfortunately, cannot solve or answer all problems. Certain life situations require action, and they can only be done in that way.

Any degree of inclination or declination can alter the overall result and performance, as little as 0.1 degrees can influence it. In principle, the more inclined/declined something is, then the easier/harder it is (think of push-ups as an example).

If you aren't actively doing it then it won't actively happen, just be aware of your physical needs in order to continue without fatiguing yourself to exhaustion.

Overusing or underusing a particular tool will eventually cause problems to every part of your operation; balancing out each implementation you make is what will determine the overall success.
