Every new craze will face a new reasoning dedicated to counteracting it, no madness will be left unchecked; once sufficient time has passed, most people will move out of a behaviour after rationalizing about it for a while, maybe embracing a new craze in the process.

When you are deserving of something else; it's up to you to take on that reward. If you aren't willing to take said prize then it's likely you aren't yet ready to acquire it.

The longer you try concealing that fact or habit the more damage you will cause you yourself in the end.

Excess to the point of waste can't be a good thing, especially when done in an exceeding amount of times. Sooner or later the consequences are going to catch up and suffer thanks to them. Our bodies can handle most overconsumption, but if we press them harder it won't tolerate it unless you have tremendous luck or have a regime that perfectly handles the amount that can be tolerated whilst developing a resistance build-up. Every now and then you should resort to giving yourself the luxury of overabundance in an exaggerated way, particularly in huge celebrations and triumphs. Be temperate.
