The shaky aim was the problem. All the time my arm was shaking while doing V2 tracking. So I tried giving little to no power to my arm and hand, which made me able to aim precisely without shaking too much. It's hard to control but it made me jump from 2650 to 2922 in 30 minutes.

use default cursor on aim400kg which is actually just no custom cursor, and change ur windows cursor.
