I highly advise you to continue your streak, even if that day you feel like absolute trash and like you cannot keep existing. And even whilst resting from said kind of days you should continue said streak. Of course, you are to continue your streak whilst keeping balance between activity, tiredness, stress and rest. GO ON YOUR OWN PACE, BUT KEEP GOING.

I hold regret in what I've done, what I haven't done...
But one must keep their hope atleast twice as much. However remember that mere hope is just a thought, and that you'll always need action to spark said virtue into an inner fire that will keep you warm even in the coldest days of your life.
