Convenience has always been a driver for innovation; no doubt about it. But said innovations can often bring inconveniences in the long run, by making us more dependable on tools and novelties. We may become weaker or lazier if we over-rely on them.

You may be unknowingly doing or misdoing something else with unintended effects, for example, as I am typing these sentences with the purpose of inspiring you, I am developing my linguistical skills and training my fingers. And as I am looking around for ideas, I might accidentally be distracting myself away from my responsibilities.
