Rigorous activity for as simple or easy it may seem for you will always have an impact on your wellbeing. You need to take rest and precautions just as seriously you take effort and practice.

Will you have sufficient power to do what you want to achieve a particular goal or fulfill some responsibility? Regardless of your capacity, you must do everything in your power to make it happen. All pieces of yourself, weakness and strength, and of course your spirit to maintain them cohesive.
