you have to move your shoulder, not the mouse, if that makes any sense lol (no elbow pivoting!). think of how one would use their shoulder to write standing up at a chalk board. it helps to have as little tension as possible. while it is possible to manage 1000 score with a technique such as pivoting at the elbow, shoulder aiming wins out in terms of power scaling even if initially it may be much more difficult.
