I can tell you that it's a long and challenging journey. Personally, I was able to increase my score from 730 to 2000 in this mode in just 6 months (before registering my account) by taking the time to play the 4 modes at least once: Exact Aiming, Tracking Hard,  Tracking Medium, and Switch Tracking. The key is to keep playing and not give up if you don't see progress (which is actually happening).
