I use both my wrist and forearm. My mouse sensitivity is pretty high, and I don't need to move the mouse all over the mousepad, so precise mouse positioning isn't that important. But the most important thing is to regularly play at least once a day in modes that require motion tracking, as well as your favorites. I don't think there's a universal solution, and it depends on how comfortable your hand is on the table to feel the mouse (many factors affect your perception of the mouse, for example, your fingers affect the precision and smoothness of your movements, as well as the size of the mouse and mousepad, but with practice and experience, you can aim correctly on any mouse). I myself don't really understand how I reached my level, but I can only guess that I've been playing games since I was 4 years old and played Counter-Strike for a long time as a child, and that somehow helped me. I recently registered my account, but I had been playing on this site for six months before that, and my results were worse than yours in Exact Aiming, for example.
