If something so disturbing grabs your attention then you simply have to rid of it. You need to cease that thing immediately as it will only continue pulling you closer until you can no longer know what you are doing. But in difference to a black hole, you still can escape from these events because you aren't facing an impossible force, it only appears to be so if you don't see it as it actually is: Nothing, an empty challenge that can be easily avoided just by thinking differently of it.

Use that negativity, whether it is emotional, physical, or any bad feeling to power yourself through life. I may add (once again) that, strong emotion will always carry us to a different level in our lives.

This planet has so many beautiful and unusual living-beating creatures and plants. We often forget this because we are exposed to daily mundaneness that dulls our taste in praising nature and its jaw dropping beauty.
