If you aren't able to figure out something new to create or perform just do the same thing with a different twist; Modify and shuffle the steps in which you do things, use similar elements, experiment with different values, and add your very own personal touch (It doesn't have to be perfect). This will infact be something new, as a person's work often differs to that of another. And even if it isn't exactly what you had in mind you'll always have a template to base off further efforts, and with enough iterations there are bound to be overall improvements to these.
