It's not all about strength, speed, or accuracy. It mostly is about consistency; the long haul goes a long way. Irrespective of your current level, you aren't going to become better if a constant and adequate schedule or routine is followed on a daily basis.

What we deem as rest can vary between individuals, and so can activity. It’s the perception given to the task that can draw motivation or discouragement; liveliness or fatigue. Some people like doing a lesser version of their work for entertainment purposes, others completely switch the two and start avoiding anything related to work as long as it is considered entertainment for them.
