Use that negativity, whether it is emotional, physical, or any bad feeling to power yourself through life. I may add (once again) that, strong emotion will always carry us to a different level in our lives.

This planet has so many beautiful and unusual living-beating creatures and plants. We often forget this because we are exposed to daily mundaneness that dulls our taste in praising nature and its jaw dropping beauty.

Gradually increasing/decreasing is more accessible than drastically changing values. If you want to achieve any goal you are to employ any of the two methods: One involves throwing yourself at the wall repeatedly until you finally succeed, while the other consists of measuring the scale at which you can improve at said task.
